Enjoy your stay at our Country Farmhouse and Self Catering Cottage
Tregondale Bed & Breakfast and Self-Catering Cottage is situated in a secluded valley, an ideal location to explore Cornwall. The farmhouse is surrounded by a walled garden on the site of a 11th century manor house. The interior retains its period feel with charming elegance yet a relaxed contemporary feel.
Our welcoming lounge, with inglenook fireplace and glowing logburner, is the perfect place for a relaxing chat or to watch television when the evenings draw in while the conservatory or garden are sun traps on summer evenings.
The Guest Dining Room has views overlooking the farm and boasts another fine fireplace but there is, of course, central heating throughout the house.
Three luxurious en- suite rooms here cater for up to 6 guests. Each room offers country views. You can choose from:
The Blue Room
queen sized bed / twin, en-suite shower room with power shower, Freeview digital Teletext TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, Wi-Fi, warm fluffy towels and a beautiful, peaceful countryside veiw.
The Green Room
twin room with private, en-suite bathroom with power shower, warm fluffy towels, Freeview digital Teletext TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, adjoining reading area with dorma window. Bedroom also has a roof window overlooking the garden. wi-fi and tea/coffee facilities also included.
The Gold Room
double bed, en-suite shower room with power shower, warm fluffy towels, Freeview digital Teletext TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, wi-fi, and beautiful, peaceful countryside veiws.
Tregondale Farmhouse provides Cornish country cuisine using local produce and, where appropriate, meats raised on the farm. Start your day with a full English breakfast or, if you wish you, can take a lighter choice. Fresh fruit, selection of cereals, yogurt and fresh toast from the loaf. After breakfast you may relax in the front conservatory or venture out around the farm, exploring our nature trail and wooded areas or play a game of tennis on the all weather court. There is also places for viewing our farm stock which are extremely popular at lambing and calving times.
There's plenty of opportunity for the more adventurous, with trails for walking and cycling, and waterways close by for those wanting to enjoy an afternoon or day's fishing or golf at the famous St Mellion golf course.
We also offer optional evening meals. Make your choice from the menu in the morning and Stephanie will have your meal awaiting your return in the evening. Please bring a bottle of wine.

Nestling in the lee of the Tregondale Manor Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is an attractive, self-catering cottage ideal for four people. It is centrally heated but also has a traditional woodburner - with FREE LOGS! The double bedroom has a private bathroom, while the twin room has an en-suite shower room. Linen and towels are included.
The cottage includes Freeview Digital TV, DVD and video players and a hi-fi. The newly appointed open plan kitchen is superbly equipped with all appliances and has an adjoining dining area. The patio has barbeque equipment - ideal for those sunny evenings!
This quality cottage is suitable for all year round use and the same facilities on the farm are available. This olde–worlde cottage with oak beams and inglenooks, has great appeal, a warm welcome and a little extra personal touch which makes all the difference. Fresh flowers and a Cornish Cream Tea await.
